On Court Training
  • 5 days a week practicing (6 days for elite players).
  • Our training focuses on developing:

                   - Technique skill
                   - Tactical game
                   - Mental toughness



Physical Training

Each player's physical training program is influenced by their testing results. The following is an example physical program: 
  • Endurance Training 2 to 3 sessions per week
  • Strength Training 2 to 3 sessions per week


Performance Testing

Performance Testing helps us create the physical foundation for each player. Our Performance Testing battery includes:
  • Full body mobility assessment (conducted by our physical therapist)
  • Hydration
  • Resting HR
  • Height & Weight 
  • Body Fat percentage
  • Flexibility
  • Peak Power & Peak Force using MyoTest ©
  • Speed & Agility using Brower Timing Systems ©
  • Anaerobic Capacity
  • Aerobic Capacity

Rehabilitation
  • Physical recovery every Wednesday
